if naruto uses the body flicker technique and goes somewhere else isn't that the same as when he is really fast in the kyuubi form?
p.s. i need help what anime is this one, where a girl sees her guy friend (progatonist) die in an accident in her childhood and later in the future it turns out that he never died and the girl sees him and starts crying. later there is a secret why he didnt die. plz help me with the name of the anime and what do you think of the first question about naruto

The body flicker technique is basically just super speed like Naruto already is using, but if by "the Fourth's Technique" you mean his teleportation technique, then that's a nother story.
